The video is very similar to [[SCP-450]] with some minor changes. The video starts with a logo that reads "'''MANUKEEPER'''." After 2 seconds, a dark-black hallway with a static effect is shown with the ''[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvCI-gNK_y4 Jaws theme]'' playing in the background.

After 17 seconds, a picture of an ugly man with terrible dentures is presented with Reggae-style music playing at the same time. This doesn't last long as right afterwards, an array of [[screamer]] faces such as [[Regan MacNeil]] from [[SCP-450]] pops up along with a loud scream. This goes on for 10 seconds until the video ends on a black screen.
