1 Girl 1 Tampon also known as Tampon Girl is a shock video made by Giovanna Plowman which was first uploaded to LiveLeak in 2013. In the 3-minute video, Giovanna is seen in a blue shirt, dips a bloody tampon in a glass of water, and drinks from it. Giovanna then takes the tampon and starts sucking it. It takes her a while to decide on this, but in the end, she did have the strength to do it. She gags and spits out the tampon, and puts it in her mouth again. Disgust can be seen on her face. At the end of the video, she vomits. The video is accompanied by the song "212" by Azealia Banks. She also has a YouTube channel where she has shot various videos, including "Draw My Life", "Eye Makeup" and a room tour.
The footage became one of the most famous shock videos, generating many videos on YouTube at the time.
In turn, it was hosted on many well-known porn sites and shock sites such as Bestshockers.com, heavy-r.com, among others.
