obuchan.org/sexy-girls, or sexy-girls.obuchan.org, is a screamer that used to be a subsite of the Russian imageboard, obu4an. If you click the link to the website, a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer appears along with an extremely loud scream, which is the same screamer used on 420yolo.com, FindMinecraft.com, and maany others sites. The screamer stopped working since obu4an went offline, but it's now featured on Fearnest.ru.
