Little Jerry's father tells him that the last person who entered there died and went to hell. As Little Jerry tries to sleep, he constantly hears noises from the closet. Scared, he tip-toes to the closet while dramatic string music plays (which is actually from the APM Music track “Dramatic Cue (d)”, which has played in shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and Ren and Stimpy) and slowly opens the closet, only to reveal that there's nothing.

He then quickly shuts the closet, frightened to the point where his hair turns white, Then he opens the closet again, and shuts the closet, repeating the same action over and over. His dad angrily asks "What's all the racket in there?!". Little Jerry runs to his bed, as Jason notices that his hair is white, assuming he dyed his hair, then scolds him for that, and shuts the door. The screamer flurry could also count as flashing lights since the screamer is so fast. In the video "Junior" (the 4th installment of Jerry), the closet is referenced, and then the credits roll while The song [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxcM3nCsglA Monster Mash] by Bobby Pickett plays in the background before the video ends.
Mega-Jerry and Wonder Man (a child character from a youtube video called Missing Halloween created by Mike Inel) are life-long rivals in Toontown. Both are alien orphans sent to Earth from their dying planets near to their end because of a nearby black hole, but raised in far different circumstances, with Wonder Man becoming a superhero defending the city from Mega-Jerry's villainous plans that he executes with the help of his henchman Wreck-it Ralph, character from a Disney movie of the same name.

Mega-Jerry escapes from prison through a holographic disguise, kidnaps Wonder Man’s “girlfriend”, reporter Jackie, and lures Wonder Man to a copper-lined observatory. Wonder Man collapses and reveals copper to be his weakness, allowing Mega-Jerry to kill him with a solar-powered death ray. Mega-Jerry quickly takes over the city, but finds that, with no one to challenge him, his life has no meaning.

Mega-Jerry prepares to destroy the recently opened Wonder Man museum, trying to forget the city's former hero, but when he sees Jackie wandering inside, he takes on the holographic disguise of Frisk, (character from Undertale) (temporarily dehydrating the real Frisk into a small cube). Mega-Jerry finds himself attracted to Jackie, and from her, gets the idea of creating a new hero to fight. In his lab he creates a serum from Wonder Man's DNA to give his target superhero powers, but it is accidentally injected via his defuser gun into Mike Lopez (the creator himself), Jackie's dimwitted cameraman, when she enters the lab. Mega-Jerry finds Mike is easily coerced, and using a hologram of "Space Dad," trains him to become a superhero. Mike takes the name "Tighten," misunderstanding Mega-Jerry's suggested "Titan." Meanwhile, Mega-Jerry continues to see Jackie using the Frisk disguise and the two begin to fall for each other.

Feeling Mike is ready, Mega-Jerry schedules a date for the two to fight. However, on the night before, Mega-Jerry has a falling out with Ralph, while Mike sees that Jackie has no feelings for him as she prepares for a date with Frisk, leaving him dejected. While on her date with Frisk, Mega-Jerry's disguise falters, and she storms out of the restaurant. Mega-Jerry rushes after her in the rain and Jackie realizes he has feelings for her. Furious at his trickery, she harshly rejects him and walks away, causing Mega-Jerry to also misplace his invisible car and the defuser gun.

The next day, after Titan fails to appear, Mega-Jerry seeks him out. He learns, to his horror, that Titan has become a villain instead, having gone on a crime spree the previous night, after Jackie rejected him (revealing that he had become a hero only to woo Jackie). Titan suggests an alliance with Mega-Jerry, but the latter instead goads him into fighting, revealing all of his disguises and manipulations, which infuriates Titan. After eventually realizing he is now fighting for his life, Mega-Jerry traps Titan in a ball of copper, but it fails to do anything, much to his shock. Mega-Jerry manages to escape, and Titan begins terrorizing the city. Mega-Jerry finds Jackie and asks her to take her to Wonder Man's secret lair, where they find Wonder Man alive. Wonder Man explains that he feigned his death (and his weakness to copper) as he wanted to retire and take up music, having been forced into the superhero business at a young age. He refuses to help, but reminds Mega-Jerry a hero will always emerge to challenge evil.

Feeling responsible, Mega-Jerry turns himself in to the authorities and is imprisoned, while Jackie tries to appeal to Titan directly, but instead ends up captured and tied to the top of the network tower of Toontown. Titan challenges Mega-Jerry to a fight, threatening Jackie. Mega-Jerry appeals to the Officer Tenpenny to let him go, and is surprised to see that the Officer Tenpenny was Ralph in disguise.

Mega-Jerry and Ralph use holographic disguises to trick Titan into believing that Wonder Man is back, but Titan sees through it based on Mega-Jerry's odd pronunciation patterns. Titan attacks Mega-Jerry, and during the fight, he finds his invisible car. He recovers the defuser gun and shoots Titan with it, reverting him to human form.

Mike is arrested for his crimes, while Mega-Jerry is treated as a hero by the city and begins a romantic relationship with Jackie. In disguise in the crowd, Wonder Man congratulates his former foe as he opens the new Mega-Jerry Museum.

In a mid-credits scene, the original Frisk is rehydrated while Ralph is doing the laundry. When Frisk complains that this had been the worst day of his entire life, Ralph knocks him out with the Forget-Me-Stick (which was used on Mike earlier in the movie) to help him forget the misery he's been through.
