It showcases the protagonist, Mario, skillfully dodging Bowser's hammer attacks as he navigates through a floating ground section. Subsequently, Mario falls off the platform and finds himself in an area with two Bloobers and a red Piranha Plant, which he expertly avoids. In his journey, he faces off against a Hammer Bro, jumps over it, and rides a platform leading to a tunnel that leads to a lava pit with a Podoboo. He falls into another tunnel, leading to the final Bowser battle, where he waits for Bowser to jump and then runs underneath him to jump onto the axe, ending the battle. However, the video takes an unexpected turn when Mario collides with a door and an inverted image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears on the screen. The image is accompanied by Luigi's scream from Super Mario Bros. Z, which is 200 percent louder than usual, startling the viewer. Following the jump scare, a message appears apologizing for the scare.  


Mario jumps onto a set of floating ground only to find Bowser throwing hammers. He goes the other way, and falls off the floating ground and runs under it. Mario then ends up into a section with 2 Bloobers and a red Piranha Plant. He dodges the Bloobers and jumps over the Piranha Plant, Mario then jumps over a set of ground blocks that look like a staircase, only to find a Hammer Bro. He jumps over it, then finds a platform.  
The video then proceeds with the actual ending of the game, showing Mario standing next to Peach, and the text "Peace is paved, with kingdom saved. Hurrah to Mario, our only hero. This ends your trip of a long friendship." is displayed below. Subsequently, another message appears, stating that 100000 points are added for each player left. As the background changes from black to blue, the text changes to "Thank you Mario!" and seven Toads appear above them, disappearing and reappearing in time to the music. However, the video suddenly cuts to a black screen, and ten seconds later, the inverted image of Regan MacNeil reappears, accompanied by Luigi's scream now 500 percent louder than before, causing another jump scare. A message apologizing for the scare follows, and the video ends with the Game Over music from Super Mario Bros playing.
