Octopus Girl is a shock site. It contains a video of an Asian lady (who is speculated to be Japanese, though it might not be true since private parts are always censored in Japanese pornographic videos) "giving birth" to a living octopus in a bathtub. At the end of the video, the octopus drops to the bottom of the tub dead. If the user tries to scroll down, a copy of the website appears, while the original website will be replaced by the one for the pornographic video game Pussysaga.

Before LOLShock was closed, the video was changed to an image with the Japanese portrait called The Dream of the Fisherman's Wife by the artist Hokusai, below that the same portrait but focused on the woman kissing with an octopus with the caption "Nom Nom Nom" on the right. The video was also used to troll GhostPolitics.
